WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

We pride ourselves on making high-quality items, so any Belle & Mr. Tom product can be returned or exchanged. We will gladly replace any Belle & Mr. tom brand Product item-for-item.

WHERE DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO?
Please pack your items properly and send prepaid to Classic City Gift – Returns, 1070 Godfrey Place, Athens GA 30605. Or you may call (706) 614-8840 for Customer Service and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization.
IS THERE AN IN-STORE RETURN OPTION?
We do not currently have a brick and mortar retail establishment for in-store returns. Regrettably, candles purchased from ThePetLoversCandle.com cannot be returned to other retail stores carrying Belle & Mr. Tom pet candles. Please Contact Us directly so we may assist you at (706) 614-8840.
WHEN DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY?
Products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. If received as a gift, within 30 days of receipt.
CAN YOU CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR RETURNS?

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If your products arrive damaged, please notify us via email at thepetloverscandle@gmail.com within 7 days and we will replace the products free of charge. Please include a picture of the damaged product and the packaging.
