Returns and Refunds

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns

We stand behind all of our products. If you are unhappy with any product purchased on our site, you can return it to us if it is in the same condition you received it in. (i.e. it is still in the original packaging or a candle has not been lit.) We understand that ordering fragrances online can be difficult because you cannot smell the fragrance beforehand. However, you should be able to determine if you like the fragrance by the cold throw - without lighting it. We will refund you 100% of the purchase price or we can exchange it for an item of the same price. 

To request a return, a receipt of proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at support@thepetloverscandle.com to start a return or if you have any questions.

To return your product, please mail to: Belle & Mr. Tom, 1070 Godfrey Place, Athens, GA 30605. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us via email at support@thepetloverscandle.com within 7 days and we will replace the products free of charge. Please include a picture of the damaged product and the packaging it was received in.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

In most cases, orders will ship within two business days. When merchandise is unavailable, orders may be held until merchandise becomes available, however, all items will ship within 10 business days and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.
Our shipping options are USPS Parcel Select Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Your preference can be chosen at checkout. Please note rates are subject to USPS zone pricing and may vary according to USPS policies.
    Orders shipped to Georgia will be charged state sales tax.
